Terry Keelen - Owner/President
Terry is the President and CEO of Terry’s Discount Windows & More, LLC and is the motivator, trainer, and marketing manager as well as general overseer of the countless other daily tasks it takes to run a successful business. Terry prides himself in running his business with heart and integrity. So much so that he wants to meet the needs of his customers past the point of ‘getting the sale’; he never wants the company to get away from keeping the customers happy.

As well as running the everyday operations of his business and staff, Terry is actively involved in his family life. Terry has been married since 1992 to Julie and they have two sons, Tyler, 14 and Caleb, 10. He enjoys coaching both of his sons in the sports they are involved in. Terry also has a daughter Stephanie, who worked for two years as our office manager. She is married to Matt McCall, the Sales Manager for the company. Terry and his family are also faithful members of Heartland Christian Center in Valparaiso. Terry truly feels his life is blessed with his wonderful, supportive family, great friends, his church, and of course the opportunity God has given him and his wife, Julie to have Terry’s Discount Windows & More, LLC. “It would be an honor to have you as our customer!”
Julie Keelen - Owner/Vice President
Julie is the Vice-President and CFO of Terry’s Discount Windows & More, LLC and began the company alongside her husband Terry. Together, and with the help of their supportive staff, they have grown it into what is now a successful business. As a matter of fact, Terry’s Discount Windows & More is one of Northwest Indiana’s fastest growing window, siding, door and roofing business with the largest showroom, complete with a cappuccino bar and a kids play area!

Julie Keelen - Owner/Vice President

Julie is also involved in the daily tasks and decisions of the company with Terry, and manages to balance that with the tasks of motherhood. She is actively involved with her two boys and considers them the #1 priority regardless of how hectic running a business can be. Julie and her husband make their boys a part of their business by recruiting them as helpers in trade shows or extra hands around the showroom and warehouse. Wherever they can be involved, they are. Their official title is “warehouse crew.” They love being involved as a part of what they call “our business!”
Julie also feels very blessed and tries not to take for granted those blessings around her.
Nancy Redweik - Office Manager
Nancy joined Terry's Discount Windows & More in 2007 and has quickly become one of the company’s most valuable assets. She handles all scheduling of appointments, measures, services and installs. She is the first person to greet you when you come into our showroom and the one you will hear greeting you with, “It’s a great day at Terry’s! How can I help you?”, when you call. She orders all products and keeps track of all sales. On top of the many tasks she does on a daily basis, she also tries to keep all the salesmen and installers in check, ensuring that they follow through with all of their responsibilities.

Nancy Redweik - Office Manager

It’s a tough job, but Nancy knows how to handle them!
Nancy has a daughter, Michaela. They enjoy country life and riding their two horses in their spare time.
Matt McCall - Sales Manager
Matt has been with Terry's Discount Windows & More since 2005 after we moved into our first location on Rt 30 in Valparaiso. Matt began in our service and warehouse department and has since become a very successful salesman who has exceeded everyone’s expectations, including his own. He has achieved every goal he has set to date. He now carries the title of “Sales Manager” and ensures that all orders are confirmed and product material is in ample supply. He has personally invested in countless motivational materials to help keep him focused on his goals as well as his ability to succeed, both in business and in life. Matt has built a rapport with many of his customers; his ability to interact with people on such a personal level is just a part of why he has had so much success in sales.

Matt also happens to be the son in law of Terry and Julie Keelen since June of 2006 when he married their daughter Stephanie. They are enjoying married life and are looking forward to moving into their first hom,e which has begun construction and will be ready this spring.
Jeff Murray - Home Improvement Consultant
Jeff came to join our team in 2006 as a Salesman, Service Tech, and Measure Man, the one to measure the product or products that are being replaced. He came to Terry's Discount Windows & More with over 20 years experience. He is very personable as well as knowledgeable in every aspect of his field. Jeff has been an asset to the company since his arrival. We are proud to have him as part of our management team and are looking forward to many more great things to come.
Jeff and his wife, Rhonda, have two kids, Jordan and Jacob. They enjoy family time and are very involved in their church. |
